Silver Masterbatch

The silver masterbatches are specially developed for mulch films because of their outstanding effects in inhibiting weed growth, preventing micro bacterial diseases, and controlling insect damage. The silver colour reflects more UV light for the colour formation of crops and repels insects that use light for navigation.

The melt fracture is a surface roughness on the film or other extruded components resulting from a slip action on molten polymer, leaving a die. This phenomenon is commonly seen in stronger resins such as HDPE and LLDPE.
