20% Black Masterbatch
20% carbon-content black masterbatch is typically used in plastic manufacturing processes to impart jet black colour while also enhancing mechanical qualities, high-opacity, UV resistance & weather protection. This black MB is made of 20% carbon black pigments and the rest of the polymer-carriers with performance-enhancing functional additives.
30% Black Masterbatch
30% black MBs are typically used to impart deep black colour with additional benefits like enhanced mechanical properties, UV resistance, and opaqueness. The 30% loaded offers excellent UV protection, ideal for extrusion, injection molding and compounding processes.
40-45% Black Masterbatch
This is suitable for a deep-intense blackness combined with excellent UV stability, durability and superior finish applications.
